#1 Nick Castanho

The not mentioned editor of the article writes regarding the current situation on soccer stadiums in Brazil, he  that people's complains are justified by the crisis. He points out the problem as being management in the stadiums, "it appears that the problem is not just overspending and late delivery. It’s also management." he compares the different quality of the customer service between when FIFA was managing and when the Brazilian clubs took over the stadiums. He points out facts that support his thesis such as, "The internet didn’t work, the radio reporters were forced to narrate the game from the stands, and fans were tossed drinks from a big fridge rather than served from behind counters." which provides the reader with informative facts to be cautious of the current situation. He concludes that the fans are not satisfied with the prices, because of the supply/demand Brazilians do not feel satisfied paying a high price and not being corresponded with the customer service.

His article is accurate and informative; explains the thesis with good facts and points supporting his evidence, but he does not come up with a great conclusion. The editor mentions the distress of the Brazilian soccer fans but does not come up with any way to solve the problem leaving the reader with the expectation and angst to know what would be the outcomes if the situation continued the same.
