18. Determined to Miss Nothing, Russia Trains All Eyes on Sochi

With the upcoming Winter Olympics held in Russia, Putin is extraordinarily flawless to keeping the city of Sochi safely guarded. With having the terrorist attacks in many of the recently held international events such as the Boston Marathon and this year's Super Bowl, Putin was not unaware of the danger that could surround the Olympics. To be cautious, Putin deployed guards around the city of Sochi, put enforcements around the city, and set rules to who can stay in the city determining their nationality and current residence. He ordered that all communication devices including emails, cellphones, text-messages be meticulously shown to the government and to do this the government has set detecting devices to look at every resident's phones and computers in the city. The government promised that they will try their best to make the security as inconspicuous as possible. However many including Mark Galeotti, a New York University professor now conducting research in Moscow,  say that it is going to be hard for it not to be  speculative. This year's Winter Olympic is going to one of the most safe and sound events in history but a very cold and hard one due to all the security that will scan every part of the city.

It's no surprise that another "Big Brother" is taking control of the Country. Putin always puts hard core problems to the test and uses his anachronistic views to solve the problems.

This article is very well written. The author 's purpose is to inform the people  who are interested in the upcoming Winter Olympic games about what is happening in the city of Sochi where it will be held. The tone of the essay is very neutral. The author focuses to inform the readers only about the reinforcements and the decisions that Putin has made  for the city.  The author uses direct, trustworthy quotes by experts and professors in Russia who are experiencing Putin's law in their day to day lives. There is not much to say about this article other than the fact that it is very informative and comprehensibly written.
