This article published in The Atlantic, written by Olga Khazan, is about the difficulty of getting an abortion in Texas. The article talks about how the people who are "pro choice" in Texas are struggling to get the right of an abortion. They argue that they should have to choice of keeping or not their unborn baby, and that to make that choice they should have the option of having an abortion. That, however, is not happening, due to many gynecologists and hospitals refusing to do the abortion. Also, the government is creating different laws, such as inspections, hygienic rules, and working hours, making it difficult to have abortion hospitals. Overall, the article critiques how the state of Texas is dealing with abortion dilemma.

Khazan uses stories of mothers who had to have abortions and because of the lack of hospitals and doctors had to travel long distances and pay great amounts of money for it. The language of this article is very personal. Khazan makes it seem as if she was talking straight to the reader, in a personal way. Overall, the article was very well written because it captures the readers attention with a title that expresses a subject that has been a dilemma all over the world, with vocabulary that is easy to comprehend and with easy flowing stories that make you understand the author's point of view.
