3. What does movie distribution tell us about race?
Dustin Rowles is a fan of movies and he said that every movie that comes in his town he watches. But when a movie never comes in his town, even if it was a well known and liked movie, he gets frustrated. That's what happened with some movies, and thiese movies happened to be about African Americans or with African Americans. Dustin thought it wasn't fair to just not show a movie in a particular city because most of the inhabitants were wight, that's considerd pure racism.
The way Dustin writes is smooth modern and easy to read and understand. He is short and straight forward in what he want's to convey. The writer used a very modern language because the public is supposed to be younger people how have an idea of the current movies. Dustin uses a fast writing on purpose for the younger readers to attract more attention. Because of these aspects (fast writing and modern language) the author can be considered successful in conveying his idea to the public.
