Surprisingly the Norwegian prime minister decided to dress up as a Taxi driver. He did that so he could know what his people think of the government and what they should change. Manny figerd out how he was but otheres had a good conversation before the realization. The article even comments that a elderly women was glad to meet him, because she was ready to send a personal letter. Some people even made jokes about him, that his driving wasn't that great. He explaind that he hadn't driven a car for eight years already.
The author doesn't give too much of his opinion but it seems that he is surprised that a prime minester woud do something like that. His style of writing is more informative than anything else. One of the things that prove this, is his neutrality toward the prime minister. Although he does comment about the media making the prime minister look like a nice guy, and that he is behind in the election. In general the author has a easy reading that flows and is easily understood.
